Booking Access Time:

Our Osteopathy/physical medicine operates 6 days weekly with emergency
cover out of
hours and is very busy but we maintain an instant access policy.
On the rare occasions you still cannot arrange an appointment as
quickly as you would like upon your initial call then leave your
requirements and we in nearly every case will be able to meet them.
Our other medical services are available at certain times each week. |
Referrals:

Our practitioners exist on and welcome referrals to them, they
are happy to discuss cases before booking. |
Reception Staff:

A professional receptionist is on
duty throughout clinic hours.

Emergency Treatment:
| Out of normal hours leave a message on the answerphone, operated
24 hours a day. |
Call Outs:
| We are happy to perform ‘home visits’ to those too disabled
by their problem to get to the clinic. |
Children:
| A limited number can be supervised during treatment if necessary,
some toys are available. |
Parking:

Extensive free parking provided on site,
also in private road alongside only visitors to us can park adjacent
to this property and its garden, and other nearby side streets are
unrestricted.
Branch practices at Ringmer and Newick both have
extensive free parking, Leatherhead branch is in the town centre,
with parking. |

Nutritional Supplements, Braces and Supports:

The Carlton Clinic offers a comprehensive selection of quality
retail health products, including back and other joint supports
of superior design and durability.
Vitamin, mineral, trace elements, and botanical supplements
are also available on prescription.

Can be made at reception or by telephone, please specify
Ringmer, Newick or Leatherhead if you are calling for there.
Please note: we require 24 hours notice of cancellation/postponement
or a booking
fee will be charged.

Disabled:
| The clinic has wheelchair access and treatment benches that can
match wheelchair height and shape. |
Receipts:
For the self-employed, insurance claims and so on are available
on request.
Insurance forms and other administration will be completed for a
small fee. |
Health Insurances:
| All schemes acceptable for reclaiming fees, check your personal
policy details with your broker. |
Sussex Police:
| Officers & employees can utilise a treatment services contract
held with Carlton Clinic Osteopaths |
Credit Cards are accepted,
| A small service charge is levied.
